Shipping policy

Every TwoMemo tee, sweatshirt and hoodie is personalised and printed specially for you, so we make each order fresh before shipping it.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We deliver to most pin codes through our courier partners. If your pin code isn’t serviceable, we’ll contact you on WhatsApp and refund any amount paid.

Processing (making) time

  • Your order goes into production once your payment, or the COD advance for Cash on Delivery orders, is received and your design is confirmed.
  • Designing and printing usually take 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • If we need a clearer photo or more details from you, the making time starts once we receive them.
  • During festivals and sale periods (for example, Valentine’s Day or Diwali), making time may be a little longer. We’ll let you know if there’s a delay.

Delivery time

After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas (for example, parts of the North East, J&K, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands): up to 10 business days

So most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of being placed. These are estimates and not guaranteed, as courier delays, weather, strikes or other events outside our control can affect delivery.

  • Shipping is free on all orders across India

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation and tracking link on WhatsApp to the number you gave at checkout, and by email if you provided one. If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, message us on WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders. We’ll confirm your order on WhatsApp and collect a small advance (₹500 for one tee, ₹1,000 for two or more tees or a couple set) before printing. Please pay the remaining amount to the courier on delivery, in cash or by UPI if the courier offers it.

Address and delivery attempts

  • Please make sure your name, full address, pin code and phone number are correct. We can’t change the address once the order has shipped.
  • The courier will usually try to deliver up to 3 times and may call you before delivery. Please keep your phone reachable.
  • If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, failed delivery attempts or refusal at delivery, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping charge. COD advances are not refunded for returned parcels, as the item has already been made for you.

Damaged or lost parcels

  • If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please don’t accept it, or take photos and an unboxing video before opening it.
  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it free of charge, as explained in our Refund Policy.
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll reprint and re-ship it at no cost once the courier confirms the loss.

Multiple items and couple sets

Orders with more than one tee, including couple sets, are usually shipped together in one parcel. Occasionally items may arrive in separate parcels, and we’ll let you know if that happens.
